The following terms & conditions apply to all Beauty With Attitude contests and giveaways:
1. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible.
2. No responsibility is assumed by Beauty With Attitude for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions (including inability to access the Beauty With Attitude's site) that may occur during the giveaway/contest.
3. Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM Mountain standard time on the last day of the stated time and date for the giveaway
4. Winner(s) will be selected at random by Beauty With Attitude and notified via facebook and twitter an the blog. Shipping addresses will be confirmed via email.
5. All items will be shipped at the expense of Beauty With Attitude to the winners postal address confirmed via email.
6. Beauty With Attitude will not be held responsible for lost/damaged items during shipping
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash
8. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s)
9. By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their names, photographs, on its website, blog, facebook and twitter, unless prohibited by law.
10. By entering, the entrant waives all claim(s) for damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind in relation to the contest/giveaway, and the entrant assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in the contest/giveaway and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. For example entrants can not use a software program to submit reviews automatically.

If in the sole opinion of Beauty With Attitude, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud or technical failures or if anything corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, Beauty With Attitude reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or any portion thereof.
13. Beauty With Attitude reserves the right to cancel or disqualify any entry found in violation of stated rules & guidelines
